On your first visit, you will receive a 1 hour one-on-one assessment to determine your particular problem areas. Depending on your specific needs, the assessment will include investigation of a number of the following:
The complete history of your symptoms
Ocular (visual) responses under various test conditions using Infrared Video Analysis
Tolerance of various positions and movements
Balance reactions
Your performance in test situations where you have to rely almost entirely on the vestibular apparatus to stay balanced
The mobility and stability of the upper vertebrae in your neck
The blood flow into your head
Cranial nerve and cerebellar function (the main processing centers in the brain for not just balance, but also vision, hearing, facial movements / sensation, coordination, etc.)
Possible contribution from muscle, joint or sensation problems in your feet or legs
Possible contribution from the upper neck (cervical joint position error)
Reliable tests and scores that are repeated at follow-up visits in order to measure progress
